As part of our standard of care, we provide check-ins every 3-weeks that consist of the PHQ-9 and the GAD-7, assessments developed by doctors. The PHQ-9 is a measure of depression and the GAD-7 is a measure of anxiety. Consistently completing these check ins, you can keep track of how you’re progressing which is important for both you and your therapist to stay on top of how you are getting better, managing your symptoms, and adhering to treatment.
