For trouble logging into your account:
- Check that you're entering the same email address and password used to create your account.
- Try logging in on the website here: https://www.app.grouporttherapy.com/login-customer
- Reset your password by clicking here and entering your email address. Their will be a reset link emailed to you.
- If you're not seeing the password reset email in your inbox, check your spam and promotions folder for the email subject: "Reset your Grouport password" to make sure you do not have emails sent from info@grouporttherapy.com blocked.
