It’s important to note that you can join sessions from two places:
- The best way is by logging into your member portal. The sessions should appear on your ‘home’ page. From your portal, the button to join your session becomes clickable only 15 minutes before each session.
- We send a weekly reminder email containing the zoom link to join your session 24-hrs before each session from info@grouporttherapy.com.
Both methods will launch a zoom meeting where your sessions take place.
If method 1 isn’t working and you are having difficulty logging into your portal, you should always be able to join from the link provided in your email. If you don’t see that email, please first search your inbox and spam/promotion folders for an email from info@grouporttherapy.com with subject “Session Reminder” for this week’s session. If the email is ending up in your spam/promotion folder, please approve info@grouporttherapy.com on your safe sender list so this no longer happens moving forward.
If you are still experiencing issues, please email support@grouporttherapy.com and let us know if:
- You are able to login to your portal and see the sessions there? If there’s an issue with the portal please let us know what the issue is you are seeing
- Let us know the email you are checking for the reminder email so we can confirm that that is the correct email we have on file for you
- Do you see the automated session reminder in your inbox or spam folder?
This way we’ll be able to rule out the technical issues to make sure you don’t run into them again the following week. If you can kindly provide any screenshots or videos of the technical issue you encountered, this would be tremendously helpful so we can forward it along to our development and operations team so they can resolve it in a swift manner and make sure you don’t encounter this issue moving forward.
