Absolutely. At the current moment, we would need you to create two accounts as each account can only be associated with one group. You can still have multiple accounts associated with one email so that you receive the proper reminder emails. Just signup using an email address with format name+abc@address.xyz. (For example, if your normal email is samsmith@gmail.com then for your second account you can make it samsmith+747@gmail.com - it can be any digits or letters after the plus sign)
