For your consultation, we send your appointment details to your email from scheduling@acuityscheduling.com. The email should appear in your inbox and within that email there is a link to click on that will launch a zoom link for you to join your consultation over Zoom video chat. To find this email, please search your inbox for an email from scheduling@acuityscheduling.com with subject “Welcome! Your Initial Consultation is Scheduled”.
If you do not see this email in your inbox, please check your spam folder and if it appears in your spam folder, please be sure to approve scheduling@acuityscheduling.com on your safe sender list so the email will no longer appear in your spam folder.
