- Login to your member portal at https://www.app.grouporttherapy.com/login-customer
- Once you are logged in, click your initials in the top right corner. Select ‘Manage Subscription’
- On the bottom of the ‘Manage Subscription’ tab, click the button that says ‘Change group’
- Complete the full process until you see the success message that says you’ve switched to the other group
