You can cancel your account at any time through your Grouport settings. Please note you must cancel your account by logging into your member portal and completing the cancellation process listed on the “manage subscription tab.” Until then, your account will remain active, and our system will only recognize your account as canceled once that is completed on your end.
To cancel:
- Log in to your account at https://www.app.grouporttherapy.com/login-customer
- Click your initials in the top right corner. Select ‘Manage Subscription’
- On the bottom of the ‘Manage Subscription’ tab, click the button that says ‘Cancel subscription renewal’
- This will prompt you to complete a series of 7 steps. If you wish to cancel, you must complete all 7 steps in order for your account to be successfully canceled.
- You will know you’ve successfully canceled your membership when you receive the success message that says you’ve successfully canceled your subscription.
